About Ci

I'm Brazilian, a native of Rio de Janeiro. I moved to Portugal in 2017 and today I'm a digital nomad: I work Monday through Friday and use my free time to explore the world, usually staying 1 to 2 months in each place. My great-grandfather was from Barcelos, so besides Brazilian I'm also Portuguese.

I have a background in physics, with a completed master's degree, but I left my PhD to reinvent myself in data analysis and technology. Today I work in IT and I'm building my own company.

I've been to 37 countries and keep collecting memories, one city at a time. This blog is where I keep my itineraries and what I've learned, sometimes the hard way, along the way.

In my free time, I love skating, paddleboarding, going to the gym, and hiking. I'm passionate about the sea and the sun, and I love summer.
